At Taylor Rose, we allow our Consultants to work in any one of the 30+ offices that we have located across the country. We also offer home working and hybrid working for Consultants that don’t want to work in an office full-time. Working as a Consultant Solicitor is very different from being employed. You need to bring your own client following and have the confidence to win new clients too. Winning business is the biggest change when you become a Consultant. The handful of Consultants who do struggle are those who are used to their firms feeding them clients. However, if you can meet the challenges, there are benefits. Consultant solicitors have the freedom to choose where they work and have control over their hours and work schedule.
