Office-Based Working
At Taylor Rose, we offer a truly flexible working model designed to meet the diverse needs of our consultants. With access to our nationwide branch network, you can work from any of our offices while still enjoying the freedom to work independently from home or any location of your choice. This flexibility allows you to create a working schedule that suits your personal and professional life, ensuring a better work-life balance.
Our hybrid working model allows you to decide when and where you work, depending on the needs of your job and your personal preferences. Whether you prefer working in the office for part of the week to engage with colleagues or clients face-to-face, or you choose to work remotely most of the time, the choice is yours.
In addition, Taylor Rose offers 100 days of free hot-desking at our offices, providing you with the option to use office space as and when needed. This is ideal for those who may wish to collaborate in person on certain projects, attend in-person meetings, or simply want a change of environment from time to time.
At Taylor Rose, we understand the growing demand for flexible, remote work options, particularly among legal professionals who value autonomy and efficiency. That’s why we have designed a robust remote working model that allows our Consultant Solicitors and Lawyers to work from home or any other location of their choice. Our advanced IT infrastructure ensures that you have access to all the tools, resources, and support systems needed to work seamlessly from a remote environment.
Our IT and support teams are always available to assist with any technical issues, ensuring that you remain connected to your colleagues and clients without interruptions. Whether it's through video conferencing, secure file-sharing systems, or instant messaging platforms, you can collaborate effectively with others in real time, regardless of your physical location. This enables our Consultants to manage their caseloads and client relationships with the same level of professionalism and efficiency they would have in an office setting.
Many of our Consultants appreciate the flexibility remote working offers, allowing them to structure their workday around personal commitments, avoiding long commutes, and working from environments where they feel most comfortable and productive. Most of our Consultants work primarily from home, visiting the office only when necessary to meet specific clients or collaborate with colleagues on key projects. This model allows for both work-life balance and professional satisfaction.
While most of our consultants prefer remote or hybrid working models, we recognise that some legal professionals thrive in an office environment. For those who prefer a more traditional setup, we do offer the option of working permanently from one of our main offices. This can be particularly appealing to those who value the structure of an office routine, the opportunity for in-person collaboration, or simply enjoy working in a professional office setting.
Our offices are equipped with modern facilities, ensuring that those who choose to work on-site have everything they need to be productive. You’ll have access to meeting rooms for client consultations, collaborative spaces for team meetings, and all the amenities necessary to maintain a smooth workflow. After consulting with us, we may be able to accommodate a permanent office-based working arrangement that meets your needs.
Office-based consultants can still benefit from the community atmosphere Taylor Rose fosters across all locations, maintaining close connections with colleagues and being part of a dynamic workplace. If you prefer face-to-face interactions, regular in-office work may be ideal for developing client relationships, conducting negotiations, or handling complex legal matters in person.
